Scenario lab for operating decisions
Clarity through uncertainty.
Before you change prices, add capacity or open a new channel, put the numbers on the table. Stablify shows how each move travels through sales, costs and cash — and where the plan stops holding.
Synthetic example businesses. Conditional arithmetic, not a forecast.
02 — The problem
Most plans are a single line through a moving world.
- One number hides the spread. A budget built on expected demand says nothing about the weeks that come in lower.
- Constraints stay invisible until they bind. Capacity, cash floors and fixed costs only show up when a decision runs into them.
- The cost of a change arrives first. Implementation is paid up front; the benefit, if any, comes later and less certainly.
03 — Experience lab
Change one thing. Watch everything that moves.
Pick an example business, adjust the levers and compare the outcome with today’s plan. Every figure is computed in your browser from the Stablify model; nothing is sent anywhere.

04 — Explore possibilities
Questions worth testing before they cost money.
- Planning
- Compare next quarter’s options on the same baseline instead of arguing over separate spreadsheets.
- Capacity
- See when added demand stops turning into sales because the team, the kitchen or the calendar is full.
- Costs
- Weigh a supplier change or a price move against what it does to margin and to the cash cushion.
- Growth
- Test whether an expansion pays back inside the periods you can fund, and what has to be true for it to.
- Operational uncertainty
- Stress the plan across a range of weaker and stronger demand and see how close it runs to your reserve.
05 — How it works
From your numbers to a decision you can defend.
- 01DataYour period totals: demand, enquiries, sales, revenue, costs and capacity. Each value keeps its label: measured, estimate or hypothesis.
- 02ModelExplicit unit economics. Sales follow demand and conversion until capacity binds; profit is revenue less variable, acquisition, fixed and one-off costs.
- 03ScenariosEach move is a set of relative changes. Cash rolls forward period by period, with demand shocks you choose.
- 04ComparisonScenarios run on the same baseline, so differences come from the move itself, not from different assumptions.
- 05DecisionYou choose, and define in advance what result would prove the move wrong. Stablify does not decide for you.

Bring one decision you are weighing. We scope a short assessment around it, build the scenarios with your real figures and show you where the plan holds and where it does not. No promised outcomes.
